Does Weseloh Honda have a shuttle?
-Yes, our shuttle runs from 8AM-5PM and can take you home, to work or anywhere else you need to go that is local.
Is it possible to drop off my vehicle before or after hours?
-Yes! We have a secure drop box conveniently located on our service drive. Just leave your keys in the envelope, fill out the form and drop in the box! One of our service managers will contact you when we open.
Do I have to have an appointment on Saturdays for service?
-Yes, our hours on Saturday are from 7:30AM to 4:00PM. Please call for an appointment!
Is there free WIFI available?
- Weseloh Honda is pleased to offer customers high-speed wireless internet access in our waiting area. We know that many of our customers can't afford to be away from work or other obligations, so we've made it as easy as possible for you to stay connected while your vehicle is receiving prompt service. If you need any assistance getting online, simply ask any member of the Weseloh Honda team.
Can I pay for my vehicle over the phone?
- Yes you may. We can take payment over the phone, when you come in to pick up your vehicle please see our cashier for your receipt and keys.
Can I pick up my vehicle after service hours?
-Our Service drive closes at 6PM. If you cannot make it before then no problem! Just call ahead and pay over the phone with the cashier and we will leave your paperwork and keys with our night receptionist who is here until 8PM. Still can't make it? Speak with your Service Manager and he may be able to help you with other arrangements.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
- Cash/check/credit
Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
- No. Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm walk ins are welcome. Please allow for one hour which also includes a car wash and vacuum.
Will my vehicle be washed?
-Yes! When you have your Honda serviced at Weseloh, it is our distinct pleasure to hand wash your vehicle before returning it to you. But that's not all...we are now pleased to vacuum the interior of your vehicle just for asking. When you visit us for service, we want to return your vehicle running and looking absolutely perfect. No matter what service you have done we will also check your tire pressure.
